For this purpose we encourage you to send us

both a LaTeX and pdf
(or ps) version of your papers for the Proceedings.
The papers should be prepared in LaTeX
(10 pt type and 13.5 cm text width).
The deadline for submission is November 30, 2008.
The papers should contain original results or be
expository papers and should not exceed 20 pages.
They will be send to reviewers, and those
with positive reports will be proceeded further.
