Registration, Accommodation and Grants

The arrival day is June 15 and the departure day is June 20.
Accommodation
We have reserved a limited number of rooms at the dormitories "Kredka" and "Ołówek". They fall in three categories:
(i) standard single: 70 Polish Złoty (PLN) + 8% VAT per night;
(ii) higher standard single: 100 PLN + 8% VAT per night;
(iii) higher standard double: 80 PLN + 8% VAT per person per night.
Since the time of the conference coincides with the Eurocup 2012, it may be difficult to find another accommodation options at a reasonable price. If you want us to book a dormitory, please write an email to wroclaw2012@math.uni.wroc.pl specyfying the category of the desired room. We will assign the rooms on the "first-come, first-served" basis, so it is advisable to book them early.
Conference Fee
There will be a conference fee of 200 PLN (about 45 euros) covering the costs of coffee breaks and lunches.

Grants for local costs
Students may apply for a grant covering the conference fee by writing an email to wroclaw2012@math.uni.wroc.pl. All participants may apply for a grant covering their accommodation costs by writing an email to wroclaw2012@math.uni.wroc.pl. Both applications deadline is extended to April 30. The grants will be given now on the "first-come, first-served" basis, so it is advisable to apply early.

ASL travel grants
Students who are also ASL members may apply for travel grants to ASL. The procedure is described here (please, do NOT write about it to wroclaw2012@math.uni.wroc.pl). The deadline is March 15.
